Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you ordered! If you are not 100% satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read the following details carefully before initiating a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Sale, clearance, or customized items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
- Wait for Approval: Once approved, we will send you the return shipping instructions. If the order was a local pick up then you can arrange the drop off of the order.
- Send the Item Back: You are responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or wrong item received.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.
Exchanges
- If you need a different size or color, let us know, and we’ll process an exchange for you.
- Exchanges depend on stock availability. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
